Welcome to our new webpage, we are very excited to bring you this new look as we go in to what is my second year as owner.  I find it very hard to believe that we are celebrating my one year anniversary already. I purchased the restaurant on February 1st, 2018, and this year has flown by.  It has been a very exciting time, and I couldn’t be more proud of my very talented team for how they have grown with me, and survived the craziness that is the first year of ownership.  

While I have made very little change to the base (French) menu, I have asked a lot from them as we tried to make Carousel an even better place for our community and the many travelers who come to see our valley.  With the addition of an ever changing Fresh Sheet, we have broadened our food offerings to showcase culinary regions outside of France. Many changes and additions to the wine menu have created a more diverse selection, while maintaining the focus on showcasing the delicious wine offerings that abound on our own valley.  We are also handcrafting many of the mixes, liquors and seasonings we use in our craft cocktails, bringing a new and exciting freshness to all of the classics you enjoy. This has required the team to remain extremely focused in learning the products as they are created, sometimes on a daily basis. They rose to the challenge like the champions they are.  Indeed, in many cases they themselves created the new menu items and atmosphere and offered solutions or combinations that I hadn’t even thought of. It is to this team of dedicated, hard-working, fun, energetic and loving individuals that I dedicate this new design.

I wish to thank each and every person who has joined us on this adventure.  Whether you dined in the restaurant, shared or liked a post, told a friend about us, or just joined us for a happy hour drink… THANK YOU!!  I am extremely excited for this next chapter of Carousel. We have created a fun, energized atmosphere while remaining true to the fine dining experience you have come to expect.  My team and I look forward to serving you soon.
